Returns Policy

Returns allowed within 30 days.

Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns:

    • Buyer pays return shipping cost for buyer's remorse.


  • 20% re-stocking fee applies.

Damaged or Defective items:

    • Damage or defect MUST be reported within 30 days, no exceptions.


    • Under $30 - please contact customer service


    • Over $30 - email picture of damage or defect to customer service. A return may be required. Customer service will advise on next steps.


  • Refund or exchange, buyer's choice


  • Continental U.S. Ground orders placed before 10:00 am PST Monday through Friday will ship same day

  • Orders weighing less than 1 pound will ship through the Post Office

  • Orders weighing between 1 and 9 pounds will be delivered to the local post office through the UPS system, and then be delivered through the post office. (This is called "UPS SurePost"). You'll still be able to track the order through UPS.

  • Orders of 10 pounds or more will remain in the UPS network.

  • Orders to Canada ship on Thursdays only. Customs and duties are prepaid.

  • Please allow a few extra days for Airmail shipments to be processed (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military Addresses)
